Final deliverables are considered complete once transferred, launched, or delivered.
Maintenance or additional support after completion may require a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

JBC International LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, products, platforms, or information.
Use of any content, recommendations, or digital systems is at your own discretion and risk.

No guarantees of financial income, business outcome, performance results, or market success are implied.

Refusal / Termination of Service
