My experience spans customer operations, ecommerce, supply-chain coordination, inventory, vendor management, reporting, process development, automation, and applied AI.
I work best where the problem is cross-functional, the stakes are real, and the answer requires both analysis and follow-through. The goal is always the same: clearer systems, stronger execution, and fewer preventable surprises.

I verify the underlying records before acting, design systems instead of temporary patches, surface uncertainty instead of hiding it, and measure success by whether customers, teams, and leaders can make better decisions.
